At UrbanHato, we are committed to providing you with high-quality plants and a smooth shipping experience. This Shipment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping orders placed on our website, urbanhato.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure timely and safe delivery of your plants:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (domestic orders within the U.S.).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (available for select locations).
- International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
UrbanHato offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 (within the U.S.). For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- UrbanHato only ships within the U.S. and to select international locations. Please review the shipping options at checkout to see if your location is eligible for delivery.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
- For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the price of your order and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.
5. Packaging and Care
We take great care in packaging our plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. All plants are carefully packed in sturdy boxes with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
We also include detailed care instructions for your plants, so you can ensure they thrive once they reach your home or office.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delayed shipments, damaged products, or incorrect addresses, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and make it right.
UrbanHato is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or issues beyond our control, such as weather events or shipping errors by the carrier.
7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If your plant arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be provided with instructions on how to return or exchange the product for a full refund or replacement. See our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. UrbanHato is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
9. International Shipping
For international orders, shipping fees, delivery times, and customs duties may vary depending on the destination. Any additional charges (such as import taxes or customs duties) are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the potential charges that may apply to your order.
